  • Touring caravan which has a double bed in a separate bedroom, toillet, cupboards and another double bed with good mattresses that can be converted into a seat area. Outside the caravan is a solid wood pergola placed and there is also a seperated garden with outdoor kitchen with refrigerator and stove. All furniture incluided.
  • Desert tent fully equipped with a double bed, two single beds, dresser, wardrobe and bedside tables. On the plot of the desert tent is also an outdoor kitchen with sink, stove, refrigerator and all kitchen stuff. All furniture incluided.
  • 15 spacios and planted camping plots which all have its own electricity connection (7,5 amp. each and the cables in the ground are with higher potency than necessary. Also every plot has its own water dispenser
  • There´s also some pitches that have a concrete floor and a private outdoor kitchen where we used to have tipi´s (indian tents) placed.
  • Seperate building of 27 m2 with separate area with pool pump, separate room with two toillets with in the small hall a washbasin, in another separate room there are two showers with in the hall two sinks with hot water, another separate space with two fully equipped kitchens with two stoves, two refrigerators, microwave and all kitchen utensils. Connected to this building there is a newly expanded special hot water system installed which runs on multiple gasbottles.
  • Warehouse of 18 m2 where also the installation of the solar system is. The solarsystem is connect to the main electricity system so you can swich the system. The batteries are dated and need to be replaced if you want to use the solarsystem but not necesary.
  • Connected to the warehouse is a huge covered work area of 14 x 9 meter which is suitable for a lot of things like store, wrokarea or/and to park a car, motorcycle, bicycles etc. 
  • In addition to the extensive solar installation of 28 panels there is also a permanent main electricity connection.
  • Two big septic tanks
  • The mainhouse has a so-called hydro heater pallet system on which are radiator plates connected what substantially  works the same as a centarl heating system with the only difference that this system works on the pallet grains.
  • Two dishes one for Spanish and one for Dutch television
  • There is an internet system available which ensures that there is all over the entire terrain wifi with a separate terminal for private. There is a system linked to which one can five individual access or exclusion from the internet.
  • Fixed telephone through satellite
  • Connected to the so called agriculture water (very chaep)
  • Fully enclosed large horese meadow with electrical wire and roof for shade
  • Enclosed area of 60 m2 with small house for animals, now in use fo chickens
  • Children poodle bath of 2,5 x 3 meter

  • Small playground with sandbox, swings and slide

  • In addition there remains a huge piece of plot which we don´t use
