Description of buildings and facilities

• Plot of a total of 15.336 m2. The property is completely fenced and the entry of the plot is with an iron gate. On the whole plot there are an enormous amount of plants and many different trees, hedges and shrubs with obviously also olive trees. The entire plot is provided with loads of differents lines of irrigation for the watering of the entire plot.
• Main house of 133,32 m2, built in 1990 consisting of living room of 32 m2 with high ceiling and archway overlooking to the kitchen which is 15 m2 with bar in the middle, bathroom 5 m2 with shower, washtable and toillet, 3 bedrooms of respectively 12, 9 and 9 m2 of which te last one has a void where a double bed fits. Large terrace with wooden pergola overlooking to the pool. Around the main house is a large piece of separate garden.
• Communual area of 33 m2 with a bar with beverage wall, profesional cooling, barchairs and tables with chairs. The roof of this coomon space is comletely covered with 28 solar panels
• Swimmingpool of 10 x 5 meters with filter and pump system
• Seperate nostalgic Spanish house of 40 m2 equipped for 5 persons with living room with romantic box bed for two persons, woodstove, fully equipped kitchen with ne warm heater, refrigerator and all kitchen utensils, bathroom with shower, wash table and toillet and a seperate bedroom with a doble and a single bed. All furniture incluided. 
• Two seperate wooden chalets each of 18 m2 with each one with its own kitchen with refrigerator, stove and all kitchen equipment, a double bed, closet and table with two chairs. All furniture incluided
• Caravan with luxurious permanent tent. The caravan itself has a double bed in a separate room, toillet, many closets, kitchen and another double bed. The awning itself is completely fixed and has glass windows, sliding glass doors, a fixed L-shaped corner kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator and all kitchen stuff, a dining table with four chairs and relax  area with a good two seater sofa bed, two lounge chairs and a coffee table. All furniture incluided.
• Touring caravan which has a double bed in a separate bedroom, toillet, cupboards and another double bed with good mattresses that can be converted into a seat area. Outside the caravan is a solid wood pergola placed and there is also a seperated garden with outdoor kitchen with refrigerator and stove. All furniture incluided.
• Desert tent fully equipped with a double bed, two single beds, dresser, wardrobe and bedside tables. On the plot of the desert tent is also an outdoor kitchen with sink, stove, refrigerator and all kitchen stuff. All furniture incluided.
• 15 spacios and planted camping plots which all have its own electricity connection (7,5 amp. each and the cables in the ground are with higher potency than necessary. Also every plot has its own water dispenser
• There´s also some pitches that have a concrete floor and a private outdoor kitchen where we used to have tipi´s (indian tents) placed.
• Seperate building of 27 m2 with separate area with pool pump, separate room with two toillets with in the small hall a washbasin, in another separate room there are two showers with in the hall two sinks with hot water, another separate space with two fully equipped kitchens with two stoves, two refrigerators, microwave and all kitchen utensils. Connected to this building there is a newly expanded special hot water system installed which runs on multiple gasbottles.
• Warehouse of 18 m2 where also the installation of the solar system is. The solarsystem is connect to the main electricity system so you can swich the system. The batteries are dated and need to be replaced if you want to use the solarsystem but not necesary.
• Connected to the warehouse is a huge covered work area of 14 x 9 meter which is suitable for a lot of things like store, wrokarea or/and to park a car, motorcycle, bicycles etc. 
• In addition to the extensive solar installation of 28 panels there is also a permanent main electricity connection.
• Two big septic tanks
• The mainhouse has a so-called hydro heater pallet system on which are radiator plates connected what substantially  works the same as a centarl heating system with the only difference that this system works on the pallet grains.
• Two dishes one for Spanish and one for Dutch television
• There is an internet system available which ensures that there is all over the entire terrain wifi with a separate terminal for private. There is a system linked to which one can five individual access or exclusion from the internet.
• Fixed telephone through satellite
• Connected to the so called agriculture water (very chaep)
• Fully enclosed large horese meadow with electrical wire and roof for shade
• Enclosed area of 60 m2 with small house for animals, now in use fo chickens
• Children poodle bath of 2,5 x 3 meter
• Outdoor bar, fireplace, petanque/jeu de boulle, table tennis, barbecue place
• Small playground with sandbox, swings and slide
• Football area with proffesional iren goals
• In addition there remains a huge piece of plot which we don´t use
